Terms and Conditions for Headspace Hair Limited (the Vendor)

General Conditions
Where the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 applies to any goods, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Customers rights and remedies under that Act.
All orders are accepted only on the basis that the Customer has accepted the order and the following terms and conditions of sale, which together shall constitute the full and complete contract between the Customer and the Vendor (the Contract).

Use of Products and Services
To purchase from headspacehair.co.nz, you must be 18 years or older. The products and services available on the site, including any samples Headspace may provide to you, are for personal use only. All of the products purchased from the sites should be used in accordance with the product’s instructions, precautions, and guidelines. Price
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices include 15% GST and exclude delivery (unless by prior arrangement). All prices and any offers for supply or price lists are subject to variation without notice. All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Payments
Products displayed on headspacehair.co.nz may be purchased using a secure online Visa or Mastercard transaction facility. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases made outside of New Zealand.

Ownership
All goods remain the property of the Vendor until full payment has been received.

Policy Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted here
