Terms and Conditions for Headspace Hair Limited (the Vendor)

General Conditions

Where the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 applies to any goods, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Customers rights and remedies under that Act.

All orders are accepted only on the basis that the Customer has accepted the order and the following terms and conditions of sale, which together shall constitute the full and complete contract between the Customer and the Vendor (the Contract).

Use of products and services

To purchase from, you must be 18 years or older. The products and services available on the site, including any samples Headspace, may provide to you, are for personal use only. All of the products purchased from the sites should be used in accordance with the product’s instructions, precautions and guidelines. Please contact us if you have a question regarding shopping on


All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices include 15% GST and exclude delivery (unless by prior arrangement). All prices and any offers for supply or price lists are subject to variation without notice. All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.


Products displayed on may be purchased using a secure online Visa or Mastercard transaction facility. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases made outside of New Zealand.


All goods remain the property of the Vendor until full payment has been received.

Delivery & Information

Products are available for online purchase within New Zealand, as well as to Australia and worldwide.

The free delivery condition does not apply to international delivery. The free delivery condition does not apply to rural delivery within New Zealand, which is a charge of $7.00. Please allow up to one week delivery time for international orders.

Please note we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses, please provide a street address.
We are happy to take product and gift card orders over the phone and can arrange to purchase a product not listed in the online shop, just have your credit card details handy.

The Vendor has the right to make deliveries in instalments.

Order enquiries

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an additional email confirming dispatch. This email will include tracking information (where applicable).

Order cancellations

You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the delivered package to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less delivery costs. Please contact us to arrange to return your goods.

We’ll process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Delivery and handling costs are not refundable.

Limitation of Liability

The Vendor is not liable to the Customer for any loss or damage arising from delay or failure to perform its obligations due to any matter beyond its reasonable control.

Neither the Vendor or its employees or agents will be liable to the Customer for any claim for breach of contract (except as stated in the paragraph following) or Statute or breach of duty in tort (including negligence) or for any claim in equity or otherwise at law.

The Customer's sole remedy shall be limited to breach of contract and the extent of any such liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the price charged for the particular goods or services to which the breach relates. The Vendor will not, in any case, be liable for any other losses or damages whether general, exemplary, punitive, direct, indirect or consequential, including loss of business profits.

No action may be brought against the Vendor unless notice of such claim is given to the Vendor within one week of Delivery of the Goods or provision of the Services.  The Vendor shall be released from all or any liability unless proceedings are brought in a Court of competent jurisdiction within one year of the date of delivery of the Goods or provision of the Services.

Policy Changes

Any changes to this policy will be posted here
